REWARDS PROGRAM
We will be offering a 1% kick back on the total invoice amount before sales tax. We will track your totals, and, in the future you will be able to view your point balance online. The kick back will be used only as a credit toward repairs at our shop. Points have no cash value outside Professional Fleet Services.
CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM
We will give you a choice of either a $30 credit toward future repairs or a $30 fuel card for any referral that you send to us resulting in a new customer. The new customer must have repairs made to their vehicle before credit is given. We will do our best to contact you or give credit as credit is due. Please call us or have the person let us know before we perform their repairs!
NEWSLETTER
We are gathering email addresses for the purpose of creating a newsletter. The newsletter will only be sent out 2-4 times a year. It will include specials we may be running that will only be available to you. We also will provide tips and helpful information that will be of great value for you and your vehicle. We will also address common questions and concerns our customers may have either with their vehicles or the repair industry itself. We see this as a way to extend our customer service and appreciation for your business.
